Kampala City Bombings

A series of bomb blasts occurred in the city of Kampala, Uganda during the World Cup Final last night (11 July 2010). Police have contained the situation and are investigating the cause.
We have contacted all visiting teams and volunteers within Watoto Child Care Ministries and none have been directly affected.
As far as we are aware, all Watoto Child Care Ministries’ staff members are safe. We will continue to monitor the situation and report back on any updates.
Our prayers go out to all the victims and their families.
