Watoto participated in the 5th National AIDS Paediatrics Conference in Kampala, Uganda recently, organised by the Ministry of Health together with other organisations that work with children and HIV.
Led by our HIV/AIDS specialist Dr. Violet Mukisa, Watoto presented a paper on the successes of providing holistic care to orphaned children and women living with HIV through various medical programmes and support at the Watoto children's villages and through the Living Hope initiative.
