With over six months on the road, curtains have come down on Watoto’s life-impacting Restore Tour: Child Soldier No More. The first leg of the global tour kicked off in September 2010 taking the message of forgiveness and reconciliation to the US and Canada before crossing over to Europe in December 2010. The team returned to Uganda for a Christmas break and came face to face with Ugandan audiences in 9 live events from January 6th to 9th 2011.

Soon after, they embarked on the second leg of the global tour in Australia and New Zealand.
“It has been a great journey of a lifetime with each passing day punctuated by a new experience of the amazing grace and love of God. Every show has been an awesome fulfillment to the team to see tens, hundreds and thousands get engulfed and profoundly impacted by the message of forgiveness,” comments Joe Ogwal, the team leader of the production and Watoto’s Associate District Pastor in northern Uganda.

Generally, the team has faithfully acted as ambassadors across the world, sharing a story once so tragic now turned to great triumph. "It has been one incredibly vibrant sight of a liberated troupe bringing the freedom song to the world," Joe says. Friends and partners can still interact with Watoto's Restore Tour: Child Soldier No More on the website and other social networks like Restore Tour Blog, Face Book, Twitter and You Tube.
