The Restore Tour is well and truly on the road and we have been blown away by the grace of God that transforms lives as we travel from city to city... The message of forgiveness and restoration is bearing fruit wherever we go. Families are reconnecting, friendships have been reconciled, marriages restored and rebuilt - all the stories are incredible.
Over the past few days the team has been in Florida and most recently at Victory World Outreach Church in Atlanta. Four weekend service performances and a front page feature in the local newspaper meant that Sunday nights show was absolutely packed to the rafters.
When the doors were flung open at 6pm people were literally racing into the auditorium in order to get the best seats possible. In fact, overcrowding became such a challenge that Senior Pastor Dennis Rouse was forced to make an announcement to the heaving crowd and ask all teenagers to sit on the floor to allow more people in the door.
As the tour presses on, there are countless stories of forgiveness and restoration in the lives of the audience being ministered to. People are being challenged to release and forgive those who have hurt them in their past and also to consider releasing the sometimes trivial grudges we hold onto.
A tip of the hat must go to Geoffery Alango, one of the Restore Tour team members. He met a lady from Nigeria who had been through a very similar situation of war and conflict and had since been separated from her family. After the production, she approached Geoffery and together they encouraged and prayed with one another.
God is working in incredible ways as the Restore Tour travels the United States. Come and be a part of the journey – check out www.restoretour.com for the tour dates in your city.
